We offer opportunities ranging from the structured retail setting, to the entrepreneurial ventures of conducting wine tasting events, to the corporate environment. As a Cork&Olive Wine Guide working in one of our retail locations, you'll have the opportunity to meet people and make new friends as well as share your passion for wine. Many of our Wine Guides started out as customers and fell in love with our atmosphere and concept. If you enjoy discovering new wines and talking about wine, consider working as a Retail Wine Guide. Our store Wine Guides can also enjoy the flexibility of setting their own hours while spreading their enthusiasm for wine. Conducting private wine tastings for our customers in their homes, offices or other community settings is a great way to share your love of wine with others as well as earn some extra income. By working intimately with our customers, our Wine Guides share their passion for wine and their belief that wine should be an enjoyable and affordable experience. You don't have to be an expert on wine to be a Wine Guide. Training is fun and easy at a Cork&Olive wine shop. Your skills and knowledge are tested monthly by taking part in our Wine Brain Game. Each store competes to see who has the brightest Wine Brain in the company. The monthly winner is the proud host of "Bacchus" - a trophy designed exclusively for our Team Members to display in their store. Behind the scenes, our corporate team offers resources and support to our retail locations. Working in the corporate setting offers wine enthusiasts the chance to practice their skills and enjoy the benefits of working in the fun and exciting wine industry.
